I hope this message finds you well in this fabulous sunshine.

Today’s newsletter is slightly different and one that I ask you to take a couple of minutes to read as it is personally close to my heart and something which I don’t often speak about.

At the young age of 13, on the 5th May 1988, I sadly lost my father to cancer. Years have passed, and not a day has gone by when the sadness doesn’t creep back in. This I know is true for many others who have also been affected by cancer, both directly and indirectly.

Therefore on the 4th October this year, I will be hosting a charity event at the salon in partnership with Future Dreams as part of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Future Dreams is a charity that was put on my radar by a dear client of mine, as they have helped support her and her family during her treatment, plus the charity helps fund research to find a cure, support survivors and offer support and assistance to those that need it. The more I did my research on the charity, the more I felt compelled to want to support them.

The event invite will follow in the summer, but in the meantime I am asking all of my clients if they would like to contribute via this donation link here and to of course save the date. It takes just a couple of minutes and any donation no matter how big or small will help make a big difference, and will be greatly appreciated by myself and the countless individuals who will benefit from your generosity.

Thank you for taking the time to read my message, and I look forward to seeing you in the salon soon.

Warm regards,

Gustav
