We continued our monthly series “In Conversation with Gustav” where we invite amazing guests to the salon and talk with them on a range of topics! This month we spoke with Gavin, the Principle Stylist at Gustav Fouche.
Gavin quickly built a full column of loyal clientele including the occasional celebrity (the likes of Jason Isaacs, Helen Fielding and Nina Nannar have graced his chair). Constantly honing his technique with further education, Gavin passed his Wella Master Colour Expert qualifications in 2021.
With a passion for everything from precision cutting and clipper work to the explorative, expressive world of colour (not to mention a penchant for the more intimate salon environment where attention to detail and a personal experience is key) Gavin Dowd has built a symphony of skills where every movement is thought through and attentively executed.
A haircut or colour with Gavin Dowd is therefore more than just an appointment, it’s a personal experience filled with energy and spirit, not to mention good conversation.
