New year, new you! This was certainly the case for our beautiful salon competition winner Claire who visited the salon and Re:Nu medispa last month for her makeover of a lifetime! This transformation gave Claire a confidence boost to be the best version of herself and make her look extra fabulous.

MEDISPA

To begin Claire’s journey, she visited Dr Latha at Re:Nu medispa and dental practice which is also in Westbourne Grove. After a consultation with Claire, Dr Latha carried out anti wrinkle treatments to create a natural more youthful appearance and skin texture on the forehead and around the eyes. She then provided Claire with Boutique at-home teeth whitening course to boost her smile.

HAIR

For the hair makeover Claire began by experiencing the Leonor Greyl Signature Experience with talented Masa a couple of weeks before coming in for her colour and cut. The Leonor Greyl signature treatment is like a personal hair spa with products tailored to your hair and scalp needs. Featuring masques, oils, an incredible head massage, cupping and micro-mist.

Claire then began her consultation with Gustav. They discussed losing some of the length to freshen up her hair as well as darkening the root and add some beautiful balayage to lighten the ends and add some added definition.

Anamaria began with a root tint, followed by Gustav creating some balayage magic and then adding a toner to tie it all together. He finished with cutting the hair with the dry cut technique and then added some loose waves to enhance the dreamy colour results!

BEAUTY

As I am sure you know, we have the most incredible beautician in the salon called Shenaz. Shenaz tied up and created the most gorgeous eyebrows for Claire with a tint and threading.

She followed by providing a perfect manicure using a deep red for extra glamour and drama!

STYLING

Our resident stylist Isobel from The Stylist London wanted to add some extra colour and tailoring into Claire’s wardrobe (and let’s not forget some added sparkle!). Isobel added some splashes of green and pink but also showed Claire how she could tone them down by adding some neutral shades to balance out the brightness. We think Claire looked incredible in all the outfits!

MAKEUP

Of course, no makeover evening is complete without the perfect makeup to feel the most glam! Celebrity MUA Alexa Riva Ravina created a sophisticated natural glam look with a smokey eye and the most dreamy shimmer and healthy glowing skin.

THE RESULTS

We are so pleased with Claire’s stunning results, she is glowing and confident and looks a million dollars! She told us that this experience not only gave her the makeover but she learnt so much along the way too. She hopes this will give her the confidence to be the best version of herself. We are so proud of Claire and we wish her all the best in the future.
